How Much Do You Love Broccoli?

Will you eat broccoli right out of the garden? My son was just 3 years old in this photo and we had a sweet, little garden growing in our backyard. Every afternoon he would toddle out to have a snack. My daughter was 7 at the time and took ownership of the strawberry patch. I was obsessed with swiss chard and Steve loved his peppers. Life got pretty busy these past few years and the backyard got overgrown and neglected. Memories like this motivate me to reclaim our time and energy – to slow down, grow some veggies and create meaningful experiences in our home. I am happy to say that all these years later, these kids still love broccoli!
